Grade and reinforce the road to Sonshine

The 2 kilometers (1.24 miles) dirt road that runs to Sonshine from the highway needs serious repair. We've been resourcefully patching the roughest spots of the road with the byproduct from a vacated gypsum factory that is across the highway. This effort only temporarily “fills” pits until the rain comes turning everything into a slippery mess. The Sonshine bus and vehicles are prevented from safely coming and going. This shuts down trips to school, the market, and for doing critical outreach to other people with great need.
