Contributing factors to this terrible statistic are the death of parents and guardians to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, the cultural challenges of tribalism, and Tanzania's high poverty level. Fortunately, for over 20 years, Sonshine Ministries has been rescuing orphaned children in Tanzania and bringing restoration through love and support.
